For more than 20 years, Corey Wells has been involved in motivation and success training. A student of successful sales techniques, he's studied the tactics of the best in the business, and he's put them into action in his own businesses.
Early in his real estate career, Mr. Wells began honing the skills he needed for a successful career in real estate sales. He learned the tactics he needed to get over the fear of cold calling and client prospecting, and he learned strategies for helping individuals and businesses set and achieve their financial goals. His systematic approach to learning led him to earn a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. As a financial planner, he perfected his ability to listen carefully to client goals, analyze individual situations, and provide advice and solutions based on specific client needs.
Since the 1990s, he's been a successful Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Coach, Certified Financial Planner and Entrepreneur. His expertise is in helping new agents develop the skills and focus they need to get up and running fast. He also helps experienced agents move their businesses to higher levels and achieve great success.
As the author of Small Steps to Big Money as a Real Estate Agent, Mr. Wells outlined specific actions that individual agents could take to achieve the success they desired. Readers found that his ideas worked, and that resulted in a clamoring for more tools and insight among agents who had read his book.
He founded Leading Example Coaching to offer not only real estate coaching services, but books, audio tapes, scripts, software and other products designed specifically to make real estate agents more effective and more successful.
