Our support is generally over the phone. Our monthly coaching program at $275 a month includes 4 sessions. Basically it's a coaching call once a week. In each of our calls we'll have a specific outcome we'll want to work on. We start by helping you develop a business plan and set goals for your career and life. Calls can range from:

We'll figure out your strengths and try to play to those while closing the gap on any weakness' you have.
The calls are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes, but a typical call will be 45 minutes. If we need more time we'll take it.
You will find us fairly accessible. Almost all the agents we coach will call in daily for role play and numbers reporting. The daily calls will help keep you focused and on track. We'll expect a daily commitment from you to do the activities we talk about. If you commit to doing an activity we'll promise to hold you accountable to that commitment.

What can you expect?
Every agent we coach is not doing the exact same thing. We will tailor make a program that will play your strengths. If you have a large social network and hundreds of people you know, we’ll help you to work that potential source of business. If you don’t have many contacts or opportunities we’ll build a program to get you the exposure you need without spending thousands of dollars.
Everyone has different goals and desires, some agents want to accomplish 100 transactions a year and others are trying to get to 30 while balancing their career and personal commitments. We’ll spend sometime analyzing your goals and make sure the goal you set is something that you really want. We’ll help you create that burning desire and passion for the business.
We'll start slow, aim high, dream big, and realistically build a plan to get you there.
