This Free Real Estate Agent Commission Calculator will allow you to quickly calculate your commission on a particular transaction. The tool allows you to calculate a straight commission and a split commission.

 

Instructions:

1. Choose your Calcultor. (Single or Double Commission)
2. Enter the 'Estimated Sales Price of the Home.'
3. If you have two commission rates use the double calculator. Enter the amount you are paid on the first $100,000, or any other amount, enter that amount.
4. Enter the percentage of your commission. If your commission is the same percentage for the entire amount, use the single calculator.
5. Enter any commission split you will share with a selling agent. If you will be getting both "Ends" or "Sides" simple put this at 0%.
